Hi my name is jordi and I'm from Chile, I began with bodyweight training 2 years ago with Street Workout and with rings 1 year ago at age of 19.... Now with 20 years I'm totally focus on ring training and street workout, my skills are back lever, front lever and muscle-ups. Also I can do the basic pelicans and flyes. Now I'm working in the L-sit muscle-up, straight arms pelicans, iron cross and handstand.
