I was wondering if gloves are acceptable for rings and bars. I know it's not really the way to do it but my hands don't have the strength to keep holding on. An example is a back roll which I do usually can't finish the reps cause my hands give out. I'm just wondering if its absolutely not acceptable whatsoever or If its just like whatever. I know some people use gloves in crossfit but that's not even the same but still.
