Besides my ring sessions in the gym I also do bar sessions at the park using the basketball hoop. I was wondering if you guys use anything like this or similar. I usually do workouts from but I just do conditioning stuff nothing serious.
I know this isn't the best form especially with the toes but still

At the moment I use the bar for OAC training and some front lever stuff but once I can perform those skills on the bar I'll take it to the rings and not look back.

I train on high bar but that's not really a strength-based apparatus.
