Training update

So I've gotten a lot stronger since I've joined. My first goal session ended up much like your insane strength series. But I did reach most of my goals later on. I have a new skills list which includes the following:

Bodyweight:
Advanced tucked planche 5 seconds
Handstand hold 5 seconds
3 handstand pushups p bars
Pelican stage 1 and 2
Chest flys 5 reps
One arm chin-up negative

Rings:
Back roll to support
Forward roll to support
Iron cross 5 seconds
L sit perfected
Back lever perfected
Straddle Front lever 5 seconds

I can do back lever but I want it to be perfect so that's why I listed them. I'm really close to some and others not so much. My iron cross is coming along I think I'll be able to get it actually but time will tell. Excited to see your goal sesh soon! I have 10-12 more sessions before I have to attempt my skills so we'll see you then

My iron cross training consist of flaps, support holds/presses, on benches and elbow work

Actually I am going for my skills sesh today.
My actual skill goals are as follows:
iron cross 3 sec
Straddle front lever 3 sec
Back roll to support
Forward roll to support
Pelican stage 1&2
Handstand hold 3 sec
Adv tucked planche 3 sec
Oac negative
3 handstand pushups pbars

I'm going to attempt all of these goals 3 times each. We'll see how I do.

I got te handstand, adv tucked planche, and forward roll to support. Even though I didn't get all my goals however I saw monumental strength gains. I've done half of these goals during the program too. I'm starting a new "series" with one of my friends Monday so I'm super excited for the future.
