Just scanned the video during lecture break...

...think about tensing your glutes (as well as your quads, calves and pointing your toes) and opening your shoulders. In general also think about keeping everything tight. Your lower body seems to flop down at times (glute activation should help this).

Well I was going to suggest to do some of your planche training on them so you're not limited by balance. You can train tuck, advanced tuck, straddle and full planche (in that order) on the para's and will result in much strength gains :)

Hey! It's amazing how much more feedback I've gotten for myself just by having a camera to videotape. I've noticed one thing in my handstand in my kick-up, and I feel like i'm getting so very close to getting to that sweet spot. Bum still sticks out so I'm noticing i'm still in a piked position--go...

3rd tip... When thinking about rotation such as in a front tuck (or back tuck) think about wanting the hips to travel over the head. This is opposed to thinking that you need to bring your head down and under (in the case of a front tuck). After all, the point of rotation is at the hips and not the ...
