Re: How did you guys make your p bars?

Here they are. They don't bend or anything but they do twist which can be fixed easily by PVC glue

Re: L sit

Thanks for the advice, Tyson. I recently have advanced slightly but it still isn't the best or where I want it to be. I'm working on it though and can hold a l sit for 5 secs but I still have trouble wih pointing the toes and not shrugging my shoulders. In time.

I was wondering....

Is a feldge the same as a backward roll to support. Also are there any prerequisites for a backward roll to support. I don't have the strength yet to do the support but I'm training for it. A tutorial would be great btw ;)

Re: What kind of rings do you use?

The reason I would chooses these is cause I wouldn't exactly need chalk. And I would really love lifetime rings. And ...

Front levers

I recently achieved a solid advanced tucked front lever. I struggle to keep my feet out but it's getting easier each session. I find the back lever is a lot harder for me. I'm going to start to attempt straddle levers next month or so. I can do front lever negatives. But I'm working on holding a ful...

Re: Fat Loss Tips

I have the same problem. I would say though the thing that works for me is to workout at least 2x a week on an empty stomach to burn the fat. I also have abs but there not as chiseled as I would like them to be. I also still live with my parents so my diet is not gonna be totally strict with only le...

What kind of rings do you use?

Hey I was wondering what type of rings you guys use? Wooden or plastic? I use plastic ironcross gymnastics rings which are fairly cheap but they def get the job done. I'm interested in buying a pair of wooden rings but Idk what brand is the best for the price. I'm quite hesitant cause they're quite ...
